Visual stories. Cinematic direction.
We understand real estate. We create a coherent story.
SOLAR CGI is a visual storytelling studio with expertise in architecture and real estate development. We start with the marketing brief and audience, then develop the concept, script and shots. We combine direction, CGI, AI, filming and post-production within the agreed scope, from idea to finished film. Camera, light, editing and sound serve one coherent story that communicates the project’s value.
A strong film begins with understanding the product and audience.
The client sets the goal and reviews agreed stages. We handle the concept, script and visual development within the agreed scope.
Why SOLAR
Real estate expertise
We understand location, architecture, landscaping and life within a development, and translate its advantages into a story the audience can understand.
Direction and full production
We develop the concept, script, cameras and visual language, carrying the agreed scope through editing, colour and sound. The founder contributes to the brief and creative oversight, with the team handling production.
CGI and AI for the brief
Both methods can create cinematic video. CGI provides control over architecture and cameras; AI helps develop scenes. Accuracy is checked against source materials; unseen details need more than a single render.
